I got an interesting question from a coach the other day. 

 

He's thinking about joining my 1:1 laser coaching program, and he asked if we'll be focusing on just his business goals, or if life/personal goals will be worked on as well. 

 

While I'm all about helping coaches get more of the green stuff rolling in, I strongly believe that one's business and personal life are tightly-connected. 

 

If you're not making enough money in your business, it's going to be hard to give 100% on the personal side: 

 

- You're probably losing sleep, and stressed to the max. 

 

- You could be snappy with your spouse, to the point that it's not enjoyable to be around you (no wonder the divorce rate is so high for entrepreneurs)

 

- You're distracted while you're with your kids and instead of focusing on playing with them, your mind is 1000 miles away and wondering how the heck you'll pay the bills. 

 

You know that FaceApp that's all the rage now and shows what you would look like when you're old and wrinkled? A struggling business will bring you closer to that future pic ... 

 

While I consider myself a business coach, what I do helps all the way around (more money = better sleep, better health, better relationships, better sex?!?)

 

As the great Zig Ziglar once said; "Money isn't the most important thing in life, but it's reasonable close to oxygen on the 'gottta have it' scale"
