Last week there was a discussion going
on in my Facebook group around a recession hitting the US/world economies, and what that would mean for coaches.
The word 'recession" is being thrown around a lot lately ...
Some people are shaking in their boots and worrying about whether it means the end of the world for them.
Others are crossing their fingers and praying that it happens for political advantage (here's looking at you Bill Maher and friends)
And the rest, including yours truly, aren't giving it much thought.
At the end of the day, a recession won't kill good coaches' businesses.
If anything, it could very well help those coaches by culling the herd and eliminating competition from the marketplace.
So is a recession going to hit?
Who knows - but I'd rather spend my time focusing on what I can control than have my eyes glued to the naysayers on the boob tube and online who are predicting the end of days.
