Some coaches get upset when their clients surpass them.
Their ego is hurt that someone who they once saw as a "student" is getting better results than they are.
I never understood this.
If you help someone get great results, be grateful that what you're doing works ... and make sure to get a testimonial!
It's motivation for me when a client tells me about their big wins, and if all of them made a million dollars this year I'd be a happy camper.
During a recent conversation, Ollie Denyer was telling me about one of his clients who had a big month and even surpassed what Ollie does.
(That's not easy, since Ollie has had $140k months online)
Ollie had the right attitude about it - he was genuinely happy for his client, and it reinforced that he's doing his job.
Don't get defensive if your clients' results surpass yours ...
Instead, pat yourself on the back for a job well done.
If you'd like to get better results online, Ollie will be doing a training on Tuesday where he'll show how you can consistently earn $10k/month in your coaching business.
