Lately I've been talking with a lot of people about masterminds, and I'm hearing about their experiences with past ones.
Plenty have taken part in groups that just didn't work out - as either participants or organizers.
The common trait of the unsuccessful masterminds?
They were all free to join.
People usually don't value what they don't pay for.
Sure, there's that odd situation where someone is gifted something (ie: a book or a program) and they take it seriously and get results from it.
But that's pretty rare.
I'm not just preaching from the soapbox here, I've witnessed this in my own life.
Years ago, I spent a few hundred dollars on an online program that collected virtual dust on my laptop. After awhile, I thought to myself; "Come on Marc, you spent money on it - at least finish it".
So I dove into it, and actually got a lot from that program! But if I hadn't paid for it I probably wouldn't have gone back to do it.
If people have "skin in the game" they're more likely to take it seriously and get results.
That's why I'm charging for my new Coaching Jungle Mastermind. The founding members will pay $297/month (grandfathered for life), and future groups will be higher, but I'll never offer it for free.
If someone isn't willing to invest a couple hundreds dollars a month, they're not the right fit.
We start just after New Year's, and you can join us here:
