Earlier this week, after seeing a million posts on my Facebook newsfeed about Trump's impeachment, I posted this:
"If you’re an entrepreneur and spending more time and mental energy on the impeachment thing than building your business, your priorities are messed up"
Don't get me wrong - it's good to be interested in politics and to care about what's going on rather than burying your head in the sand. I love politics (Poli Sci was my major back in university), and I get that it's entertaining - especially nowadays.
But posting 10 times a day about impeachment and fighting with strangers thousands of miles away isn't going to grow your business, or is it likely to change many minds.
Imagine if the entrepreneurs who are all worked up and foaming at the mouth while defending their position on impeachment (whether pro or anti-Trump) spent 50% of that time and energy on their businesses?
Imagine if they applied the same amount of passion to their businesses as to their politics?
I'm guessing they'd be a lot further along.
If your market knows more about what you think of impeachment and Trump than what you actually do to help clients and customers, that's a problem.
The Coaching Jungle Mastermind starts on January 6th, and the calls will be focused on growing your business - not on political debate.
If you're tired of the word "impeachment" and would rather channel your energy in a positive direction, we have a couple of spots still available.
