Over the years, I've been a participant in several mastermind groups (both in-person and virtual).
I can't say that I've found one that I've been really happy with.
It's not that I didn't meet some good people ...
But what usually happened is the meetings didn't have much of a structure, and there was too much "shooting the breeze" and chatting instead of focusing on the important stuff.
And with every group, the numbers dwindled with each meeting. There was good attendance at the first one (10 or so people), but in time it was down to just me, the organizer, and maybe one other member.
I'm not the only person to experience this with masterminds - as I've been preparing to launch mine, I've spoken with plenty of others who have had the same thing happen to them.
So I'm going to do things differently with The Coaching Jungle Mastermind:
First off, I'm only excepting serious, motivated coaches into it (no wishy-washy "wantreprenerus")
The focus will remain on moving each members' business forward, with goal-setting and accountability.
And there will be a structure for the calls, to ensure that every member gets value from the group (I'll be playing timekeeper to make sure the calls and hot seat times stay on track).
This isn't some experiment that I'm trying, I've put a lot of work into planning and selecting the members for The Coaching Jungle Mastermind and I'm serious about building something that the members will want to remain in for life.
We start on January 6th, and five of the eight seats have been spoken and paid for. I have a few others getting back to me this week, so we could be filled up soon.
If you'd like one of the remaining "founding member" spots, here's the link to apply:
