A question came into my mailbag from one of my Secret Coach Club subscribers:
"Marc, do I need to have a podcast?"
Although I often preach the benefits of hosting a podcast, not everyone should have one.
Podcasts are a lot of work (especially if you do your own bookings, editing, uploading, promotion, etc), and not everyone is able to keep up with that.
Plus they aren't a get-rich-quick thing, so it takes some time to get it rolling and monetizing. They aren't the "magic money tree in the backyard" that many promise!
If you're not up to it, there's another way that you can use podcasts to your advantage, bring in more revenue (with less hassle) and then tackle hosting a show down the road when you can afford to invest in good help to run it.
